About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced HR consultant for the E-health Authority in Stockholm. In this role, you will primarily work with recruitment, with a particular focus on recruiting IT talent. The assignment places high demands on both operational and strategic abilities within the recruitment area. In this role, you are expected to independently drive recruitments from needs analysis and requirements profile, through advertising, selection, and interviews, to reference checks and hiring decisions.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as an HR consultant is a full-time consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible and is expected to last until the summer.

The work will primarily be performed on-site at the authority's premises in central Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work for about 2-3 days a week when the business allows.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Higher education, such as a degree in human resources or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations in the HR field.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious for the Position:

  • Experience in recruiting IT talent.
  • Experience in recruitment work in government operations.
  • Knowledge of the merit and skill concept according to the Public Employment Act (LOA).

To ensure a competency-based recruitment process, we will use psychological tests. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability, and selection will take place continuously. The application deadline is 2026-03-04.
